Return Policy

How do I make a return?

To make a return submit your return request via email to: [email protected] with your address and order number.


How many days do I have to make a return?

You have 10 days from the delivery date to submit your return request.


What items are returnable?

Most apparel is returnable within 10 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified. Items must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached and original packaging. All items must be returned in same protective packaging it was delivered in. Damaged or worn returns are not accepted. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

All fedoras and hats

brooches/ jewelry

Gifts free of charge from our store

Promotional items given to our ambassadors

FINAL SALE merchandise

Worn or washed items

Items with scents, deodorant, and signs of wear

All shipping & handling fees


How do I get my money back?

At this time, we can only issue store credits or exchanges for all returns. Refunds are not available.


All FINAL SALE/CLEARANCE merchandise cannot be returned.


Are there any return fees?

The customer is required to pay for return shipping. If our warehouse makes a mistake we will take care of the return costs.


How soon will I receive my store credit?

All returns require 5 business days after receipt to process your store credit; once issued you will have 45 days to use the store credit.
